EntoPath Management was formed as a proprietorship in August 1992 by Joan Holt. Joan is a former partner of A.S. Forest Consulting, a company which specialized in silviculture and forest health from 1988 to 1992. EntoPath Management Ltd. was incorporated in June 1997, and continues to provide specialty forest health services throughout British Columbia. |

EntoPath Management specializes in forest health (insects, disease, animal and abiotic) including inventories, contract administration, planning, surveys, research and training.
The following are samples of past projects:
Delivering training courses in forest health aerial surveys and forest health for silviculture surveyors for
MoF Forest Practices Branch and Cont. Studies Network.
Research and inventory projects to develop ecosystem hazard rating of young pine stands for the Cariboo Forest Region.
Forest health surveys for several MoF and industry clients including weevils, various bark beetles, pest incidence, various root rots, Douglas-fir tussock moth, and spruce budworm.
Development of forest health management plans for the 100 Mile House and Kamloops Forest Districts.
Project management of the western spruce budworm control program in the Cariboo Forest Region.
Bark beetle project administration and quality checks in the Quesnel and Williams Lake Forest Districts.
Aerial forest health surveys for various MoF clients. |
